missivus.com is informational and provides a contact form and an interactive setup tool. Nothing on this site requires an account, a purchase, or acceptance of a separate click-through agreement to read or use.
The software
Missivus (the Matomo plugin, the WordPress plugin, and any other product listed on this site) is free and open-source software released under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later. Its use is governed entirely by that licence, published in full in each product's own GitHub repository — not by this page.
Installation and support services
Solvetus offers paid installation and ongoing support for Missivus as a separate service, described on the installation page and agreed with you individually before any work begins. These terms are the ones stated on that page and in your confirmation, not a general services contract.
No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, exactly as stated in the GPLv3 licence text. This website's content is provided in good faith but without guarantee of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
