The short version — this site is built so that there is almost nothing to disclose. What little there is, in full, below.

No third parties

Every request your browser makes when you read this site goes to missivus.com — fonts, styles, scripts, everything is served from this domain. There are no CDNs, no embedded services, no tracking pixels, and no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to.

Analytics, first-party and cookieless

We count visits with a self-hosted Matomo instance operated by Solvetus. The measurement is cookieless, IP addresses are anonymised before storage, and your browser talks only to missivus.com — a relay on this domain forwards the counting request server-side. Browsers signalling Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are excluded at the edge, before any measurement happens.

The contact form

A message you send through the form travels from this domain's server through Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Graph) to a Solvetus mailbox — sent as noreply@missivus.com, delivered to info@missivus.com, with your address as the reply-to. It is used to answer your enquiry and for nothing else, never added to a list, and deleted when the conversation is over. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering a message you chose to send us.

Server logs

Cloudflare, which serves this site, processes IP addresses transiently to deliver it and to defend it against abuse. We keep no server-side visitor logs of our own.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and complain to a supervisory authority. For anything about this site, write to the contact address in the imprint — the Portuguese supervisory authority is the CNPD.
