Privacy notice
The short version — this site is built so that there is very little to disclose. What little there is, in full and honestly, below.
No third-party scripts, fonts, trackers or cookies
The pages of this site load no third-party scripts, no third-party fonts, no trackers and set no cookies. Fonts, styles and scripts are served from missivus.com, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. You can verify all of this in your browser's network and storage inspectors.
Hosted on Cloudflare
missivus.com is served from Cloudflare's edge network — Cloudflare is our hosting and CDN provider. Like any host, Cloudflare sees connection data (your IP address and request metadata) and processes it transiently to deliver the site and defend it against abuse. We keep no server-side visitor logs of our own.
Analytics, first-party and cookieless
We count visits with a self-hosted Matomo instance operated by Solvetus. The measurement is cookieless, IP addresses are anonymised before storage, and your browser talks only to missivus.com — a relay on this domain forwards the counting request server-side. Browsers signalling Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are excluded at the edge, before any measurement happens.
The contact form
A message you send through the form travels from this domain's server through Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Graph) to a Solvetus mailbox — sent as noreply@missivus.com, delivered to info@missivus.com, with your address as the reply-to. It is used to answer your enquiry and for nothing else, never added to a list, and deleted when the conversation is over. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering a message you chose to send us.
Processors
Two companies process personal data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery — connection data of every visit) and Microsoft (Microsoft 365 — delivery and storage of contact-form messages). Both act as processors under GDPR safeguards; no data is sold, shared for advertising, or passed to anyone else.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and complain to a supervisory authority. For anything about this site, write to the contact address in the legal notice — the Portuguese supervisory authority is the CNPD.
