What the installation includes

• Entra app registration with the minimal permission set, named to your convention
• The application access policy scoped to your shared mailbox — proven with the Denied test, not assumed
• The shared mailbox itself, created and hardened (protocols off, hidden from address lists) if you don't have one
• Plugin installation and configuration on your Matomo, secret or certificate — your policy decides
• A real end-to-end test — a message in your inbox, not a green checkmark
• A one-page handover document — what was created, where, and when the credential expires
• Optional credential-expiry monitoring and rotation as ongoing support

What it costs

Fixed price for the standard installation, agreed before the appointment — no hourly surprises. Ongoing support and monitoring are optional and separate.
