What the installation includes
- Entra app registration with the minimal permission set, named to your convention
- The application access policy scoped to your shared mailbox — proven with the Denied test, not assumed
- The shared mailbox itself, created and hardened (protocols off, hidden from address lists) if you don't have one
- Plugin installation and configuration on one instance of your platform — Matomo, WordPress or Nextcloud — secret or certificate, your policy decides
- A real end-to-end test — a message in your inbox, not a green checkmark
- A one-page handover record — what was created, where, and when the credential expires
- Optional credential-expiry monitoring and rotation as ongoing support
What it costs
Fixed price, agreed before the appointment — no hourly surprises. Ongoing support and monitoring are optional and separate.
Standard installation

We create the Entra app registration and its client secret, the shared mailbox and its hardening, and the application access policy; install and configure the plugin on one instance; send and verify a test email; and hand over a one-page record of everything created. Requires an existing Microsoft 365 tenant — tenant or subscription creation is not included.
Reduced installation
€150
When the Microsoft side already exists — app registration, shared mailbox and access policy in place. We configure the plugin on one instance, test end to end with a verified email, and hand over the same one-page record.
Each price covers one platform instance — one Matomo, one WordPress or one Nextcloud. Additional instances or platforms are quoted individually.
Remote work is done over RustDesk hosted by Solvetus on our own infrastructure — no third-party remote-support service.
